Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Support and Knowledge Base Video Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Manage and resolve inbound support requests from clients
Troubleshoot client issues
Create and maintain content for our knowledge base including articles and videos

Required Skills:

1-3 years of customer support experience
Awareness of customer context
Ability to build a deep knowledge of the product
Experience working with Salesforce.com, ZenDesk, Intercom and other SaaS software
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
Proven track record of creating great written and/or video content for knowledge bases
