Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Support and Knowledge Base Video Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and resolve inbound support requests from clients
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Create and maintain content for our knowledge base including articles and videos

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of customer support experience
  • Awareness of customer context
  • Ability to build a deep knowledge of the product
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, ZenDesk, Intercom and other SaaS software
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of creating great written and/or video content for knowledge bases
