Job Summary

A privately-held legal services technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Following up on payment errors, low reimbursement and denials
  • Identifying billing errors for correction and resubmits claims to insurance carriers
  • Printing nd mailing UB04s or HCFA 1500s as necessary for account resolution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare insurance accounts receivable follow up
  • Experience identifying billing errors and resubmitting claims
  • Experience reviewing EOB and UB-04 forms to conduct A/R activities
  • At least one year of experience with accounts receivable software
  • Demonstrated success working both individually and in a team environment
