Job Summary

An all-inclusive medical and health provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Associate in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing incoming messages, calls, and tickets from patients, using discretion and responding in a timely and hospitable manner
  • Assisting patients in trouble-shooting technical issues, such as password resets and accessing in-app resources
  • Communicating with patients to collect feedback & whose account or profile requires attention to ensure a smooth clinical experience
