Your Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with a proactive ease. We take the time to ask people how they are and listen to the answers. We try to hear the questions that are not necessarily voiced in words.
and give them a "glowing nugget" of happiness, wisdom, or charm to carry
around for the day.
Answer customer's email thoroughly and again doing the unexpected at every opportunity. You have the freedom to do what's right for every individual customer.
Making selected calls to our best customers and seeing how we can further improve their experience with our company or very generally in their lives.
Create processes that will improve the customer experience. For instance, we want each VIP customer to receive a hand written note of gratitude. It's up to you to create the process.
Excited jump into different roles and learn new things.
Your Qualities
Have customer service experience and understand how to deal with problems and help people find solutions.
Experienced with computers, technology, and web-based systems
Possess good communication skills. Strong ability to look past negativity and only focus on the positives in every customer experience.
High attention to detail. You only get one chance to make a great first impression.
Have a creative curiosity about you that pushes you to find new ways to solve everyday challenges.
Can work independently. You need to be available for 3-4 hours every weekday to answer emails and questions on the phone.
You understand the big picture
You are able to learn quickly and are not afraid to ask questions and say you don't understand.
You have a thirst for health and especially preventative health.
Knowing a few good jokes wouldn't hurt.
Kind and patient.

Fair hourly wage that rewards you for quality work.
Starting at $15 an hour depending on the experience.
