A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Claims Processing Processor I.
Must be able to:
- Answer and conduct business on the telephone
- Maintain confidentiality
- Document all calls
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Must be from an Accredited Institute)
- Experience with multi-line phone system
- Computer proficiency: Knowledge of MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level
- Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination
- Take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
