A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Claims Processing Processor I.

Must be able to:

  • Answer and conduct business on the telephone
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Document all calls

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. (Must be from an Accredited Institute)
  • Experience with multi-line phone system
  • Computer proficiency: Knowledge of MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level
  • Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination
  • Take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
