A company that offers clean, modern furnished rooms for rent is in need of a Remote Customer Support Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and optimizing all Member and Host Support
  • Developing Member and Host support structures to effective manage tier 1,2,3 tickets while providing a 5 star experience
  • Managing & optimizing all Member & Host ticketing support technologies with a rapidly scaling organization in multiple geographies

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of customer support execution, call center and team management, and cost and technology management
  • Want to problem solve and provide the best customer experience possible
  • Experience with cross company collaboration
  • Strong leadership and data analysis skills Energized by customer interactions
  • Both B2B and B2C customer support across a diverse group of customer segments
