Job Summary
A company that offers clean, modern furnished rooms for rent is in need of a Remote Customer Support Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and optimizing all Member and Host Support
- Developing Member and Host support structures to effective manage tier 1,2,3 tickets while providing a 5 star experience
- Managing & optimizing all Member & Host ticketing support technologies with a rapidly scaling organization in multiple geographies
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of customer support execution, call center and team management, and cost and technology management
- Want to problem solve and provide the best customer experience possible
- Experience with cross company collaboration
- Strong leadership and data analysis skills Energized by customer interactions
- Both B2B and B2C customer support across a diverse group of customer segments
