Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Customer Support Executive to support strategic accounts and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-board, maintain, and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure a top-level customer experience
  • Execute internal sales operations for establishing new practices and provide training on new product lines
  • Generate leads through cold calling and secure quality appointments for Directors of Strategic Accounts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences
  • 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management, or Sales Experience in the Diagnostics segment
  • Preferred experience in women's healthcare and relationships with IVF clinics and health systems
  • Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience is highly desired
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
