Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Customer Support Executive to support strategic accounts and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-board, maintain, and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure a top-level customer experience
- Execute internal sales operations for establishing new practices and provide training on new product lines
- Generate leads through cold calling and secure quality appointments for Directors of Strategic Accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences
- 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management, or Sales Experience in the Diagnostics segment
- Preferred experience in women's healthcare and relationships with IVF clinics and health systems
- Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience is highly desired
- Salesforce experience is preferred
