Job Summary

A workforce solutions company is in need of a Remote Customer Support Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and prioritizing the most important quality problems in support tickets
  • Leveraging technical acumen to understand why troubleshooting and solutions within tickets are suboptimal
  • Writing clear and concise coaching advice to improve the ticket quality of agents

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience as a software developer
  • 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing support agent
  • Experience providing constructive and sometimes critical feedback
  • Fluent English and the ability to write clearly and concisely
