Job Summary

A video streaming service is in need of a Remote Customer Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising, leading, and inspiring company's Customer Support team
  • Establishing team mission, strategy, goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and roadmap
  • Assessing the performance of Customer Support team members; providing regular feedback and coaching

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer support or related position at a software company
  • Experience leading a team of individual contributors or passion for leadership
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or other customer service platforms
