A software developer that makes website creation software is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Scoping and assisting with implementation of new tools, processes, and procedures
  • Building and maintaining dashboards in Zendesk Explore and Tableau
  • Maintaining and continually improving Zendesk with integrations and administration

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with Zendesk Explore, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills while working with a distributed team
  • Experience as an administrator of Zendesk or similar helpdesk platforms
  • Experience in Customer Support working with email, chat, and phone
