An automotive website platform provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Regional Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead team of technical support professionals and assist with their professional growth
- Work together with Regional Director and VPs to execute company vision
- Identify trends across incoming client requests and work to improve customer experience
