A lawn maintenance and outdoor services marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Lawn Services Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Take calls from your home work space
• Help answer customer questions and work through their issues
• Transcribe information about each call, and pass details over to case managers

• Genuinely like talking to people and enjoy providing solutions to everyday problems
• Superior communication skills, and are particularly comfortable on the phone
• Quick learner, who can rapidly retain new information
• Can concisely and effectively relay information in written form
