Job Summary
A developer of software for laboratory management has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing industry leading e-Commerce customer support to all users via live chat, email, and phone
- Communicating with our vendor partners on a regular basis to get our customers the information they need in a timely manner
- Assisting users in troubleshooting use of the company's software
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years experience in high-touch customer service
- Fantastic written and verbal communication ability
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work during our core hours of 8am-5pm PST
