A education solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing volume forecasting to make necessary changes in staffing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serving as a liaison to customer facing leadership in resolving complex issues with large scale customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service environment with direct customer contact
- Ability to read and interpret policies, technical documentation, and reports
