Job Summary
An e-commerce delivery provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Training and Development Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Maintain the evolution of training materials to ensure consistency and relevant information being taught is most recent
- Help design, and ultimately be accountable, for the execution of training programs
- Assess training and development needs through analysis, surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc with leaders and end users
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven experience and results in conducting fully-remote training - strong online facilitation skills
- 1+ years experience facilitating learning, training sessions ideally in a customer support environment
- You love and thrive working in a fast-growing start up
- Strong comfortability of working in a consistently-evolving company which includes practices and processes
- Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
