Job Summary

An e-commerce delivery provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Training and Development Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain the evolution of training materials to ensure consistency and relevant information being taught is most recent
  • Help design, and ultimately be accountable, for the execution of training programs
  • Assess training and development needs through analysis, surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc with leaders and end users

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven experience and results in conducting fully-remote training - strong online facilitation skills
  • 1+ years experience facilitating learning, training sessions ideally in a customer support environment
  • You love and thrive working in a fast-growing start up
  • Strong comfortability of working in a consistently-evolving company which includes practices and processes
  • Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
