Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Tech Support Director in Mesa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and executing Technical Support goals and objectives that support company goals and objectives
  • Handling customer escalations by engaging appropriate resources, facilitating communication and pushing to solve the root cause
  • Building and maintaining reporting to provide transparency to the company and customers on system and issue status

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of Technical Support leadership experience in a Technology company
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical curiosity and ability to troubleshoot challenges related to improving support organizations and specific incident management, prioritizing an excellent experience for the customer
  • Experience in Health Care
