A cloud communications platform as a service company is seeking a Remote Customer Trust Senior Security Specialist 1.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing and presenting for audiences at various levels
  • Ensuring a smooth customer experience with the Security team
  • Providing timely, relevant solutions to serve our customer’s needs

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years experience in customer facing technical roles engaging customers on various topics
  • 2+ years mentoring team members, covering explaining complex technologies, compliance and security topics
  • Experience reviewing team documentation and providing constructive and useful feedback
  • Experience supporting a sales function, ideally in technology and are comfortable balancing competing priorities
  • Experience with security audits and/or assessments, or experience as a security auditor
  • Have and share ideas on how to improve processes, responses and documentation
