Job Summary

A financial agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CX Customer Insights Analyst in Des Moines.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify key customer insights and provide recommendations
  • Perform moderate to complex statistical analyses on quantitative data sets
  • Prepare custom, ad hoc reports which integrate insights from multiple sources to key stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong data visualizations skills which enable the communication of customer insights to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to append additional data, identify relationships, and summarize results
  • Ability to leverage critical thinking to evaluate and organize available data
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, social science or other relevant area
  • Ability to obtain, prioritize, organize, analyze, summarize and present complex data from multiple sources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
