Job Summary
A financial agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CX Customer Insights Analyst in Des Moines.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify key customer insights and provide recommendations
- Perform moderate to complex statistical analyses on quantitative data sets
- Prepare custom, ad hoc reports which integrate insights from multiple sources to key stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong data visualizations skills which enable the communication of customer insights to a non-technical audience
- Ability to append additional data, identify relationships, and summarize results
- Ability to leverage critical thinking to evaluate and organize available data
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, social science or other relevant area
- Ability to obtain, prioritize, organize, analyze, summarize and present complex data from multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
