Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote CX Readiness and Communications Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Plan, draft and execute internal readiness plans and customer comms
  • Facilitate escalations and readiness impact communications with senior management
  • Ensure strategic delivery coordination, capacity, and operational readiness planning against and beyond business plans

Required Skills:

  • A collaborative, open attitude and a history of working in global cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of employee and/or customer-facing communications experience
  • Unfazed by constant change, growth, and fast pace
  • Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in communications that are operational and/or technical in nature for a mid-to-large size business
  • Superior project management and time management skills
