Job Summary
An automotive company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CX SAFe Program Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing new or modifies existing instructional materials for multiple training modalities
- Determining appropriate instructional strategy based on results of needs assessment
- Assessing training outcomes by soliciting and reviewing feedback and evaluation of classes taught
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent track record of working with applying agile collaboration tools
- Knowledge of and experience with the application of agile values, principles, and practices including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear, tactful, and constructive
- Possesses continuous-learning mindset and willingness to deliver ad hoc training
- Effective presentation, interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Strong time management skills with flexibility, versatility, dependability
