Job Summary

A management consulting firm is in need of a Remote CX Strategy and Optimization Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building advisory relationships with C suite executives
  • Providing coaching, development, and leadership to a highly matrixed team while demonstrating company values and brand promise
  • Guiding the execution and client growth strategy by staying actively involved in engagement performance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's level degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 15 years' professional experience including 8 years management consulting
  • Expertise and breadth across a spectrum of CX consulting capabilities
  • Strong operational field-general who is equal parts strategic and tactical
  • A proven management consulting practice leader with deep domain expertise in customer experience consulting
