Job Summary
A nonprofit IT company that operates federally-funded research and development centers on behalf of US is seeking a Remote Cyber Operational Test and Evaluation SME.
Must be able to:
- Actively participate in operational cyber assessments, experimentation and test and evaluation
- Actively engage in new research, emerging technologies, and methodologies of operational cyber security testing techniques to provide recommendations of future investments and initiatives aligned to DoD and DOT&E objectives
- Identify gaps in cyber operational T&E practice and provide solutions to fill those gaps using cyber T&E pilots, case studies, and proven best practices
Position Requirements Include:10 years of related experience, including 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven knowledge and experience of the DoD operational cyber T&E and assessment process
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of Operational Cybersecurity test and evaluation policy and guidance Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Systems Security Engineering or similar field
- Possession of an active Secret clearance, with the capability to be cleared at the Top Secret / SCI level
