Job Summary

A management consulting company is seeking a Remote Cyber Security Analyst in North Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and implementing secure solutions in the fields of cloud computing and IT service management
• Developing and implementing security controls and formulates risk mitigations
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending security tools, techniques, and technologies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Expertise with NIST SP 800-37/53, RMF, Cloud SRG IL5/6, FedRAMP, FISMA, DFARS, FIPS, and CMMC
• Knowledge of networking protocols and services such as the following: FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, LDAP, etc.
• Packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark, ngrep, etc.)
• Must have understanding of exploits, vulnerabilities, network attacks
• Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) security concepts
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
