Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cyber Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in conceptualizing and implementing security solutions through both internal development and third party solutions
- Conducting all PCI compliance scans (Monthly and Third Party) escalating as necessary
- Performing deep-dive incident analysis by correlating and documenting data from multiple sources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience
- Exceptional OS (Linux/Windows/Mac) skills, able appropriately secure systems and perform advanced troubleshooting
- Working knowledge Security Information and Event Management Solutions (SIEM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of networking tools and concepts
