Job Summary
A consumer credit reporting agency is filling a position for a Remote Cyber Security Incident Response Specialist in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing tiered technical resolution for security incidents
- Conducting host and network analysis, log analysis, and malware triage
- Formulating and leading threat hunting missions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on Security Incident Response role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
- Knowledge network security tools (DLP, NIPS, HIPS, AV, Firewalls, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Unix and Windows operating system functionality
- Proficient in the use of the varied and diverse log analysis
- Thorough understanding of network protocols
