A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cybersecurity Incident Response Intern in New York.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conduct host forensics, network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage
- Recognize and codify attacker tools, tactics, and procedures
- Perform network penetration, web and mobile application testing, source code reviews, threat analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking protocols
- Basic knowledge of tools used for forensic collection and analysis
- Knowledge of application testing and network security concepts
- A technical security-related internship or other professional experience
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
