Job Summary

A cybersecurity software company has a current position open for a Remote Cybersecurity Software Quality Assurance Director.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure test execution results are captured adequately for audit and historical review
  • Capture and report test execution quality metrics as part of monthly & quarterly metrics reporting process
  • Work in an agile/iterative development process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with hands-on technical leadership and management experience building QA organizations
  • 10+ years of quality assurance (QA)/quality engineering (QE) experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with transitioning manual testing methodologies to automated testing methodologies
  • Experience in automation test methodologies and tools across multiple technologies and cloud platforms
  • People management skills, building and developing high-performance teams
  • Proven track record for measuring and delivering success through data, metrics, KPIs, etc.
