Job Summary
An energy company has a current position open for a Remote D365 Finance Support Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Assist with the D365 support queues and ensure tickets
- Resolve D365 support requests by providing superior help desk services
- Deliver exceptional customer service for our support offering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel is required and varies around 10%
- Demonstrated strong understanding of business processes
- Minimum of 3 years of industry, technical or application experience
- Experience with phone contact handling and active listening
- Valid driver's license and insurance
