Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Data Analysis Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in Agile scrums to explain and prioritize work requests
  • Conducting workshops and interviews during the onboarding process to define customer success goals
  • Serving as the primary go-to person for your customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Limited travel may be required from time to time post-Covid
  • Demonstrable ability to design and deliver complex IT programs from the ground up
  • Desire to maintain an expert level of hands-on skill in the configuration of the ReadyWorks platform
  • Demonstrable experience serving as an IT Project or Program Manager in large (3000+ user) organizations
  • High level of experience and comfort in manipulating data via Excel or other tools
  • Desire to participate in all aspects of the SDLC process - notably ideation and testing
