Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Data Analysis Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in Agile scrums to explain and prioritize work requests
- Conducting workshops and interviews during the onboarding process to define customer success goals
- Serving as the primary go-to person for your customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Limited travel may be required from time to time post-Covid
- Demonstrable ability to design and deliver complex IT programs from the ground up
- Desire to maintain an expert level of hands-on skill in the configuration of the ReadyWorks platform
- Demonstrable experience serving as an IT Project or Program Manager in large (3000+ user) organizations
- High level of experience and comfort in manipulating data via Excel or other tools
- Desire to participate in all aspects of the SDLC process - notably ideation and testing
