Job Summary
A benefits administration and HR software company is filling a position for a Remote Data Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and building visualizations, dashboards, and reports within Zendesk and other tools
- KPI reporting and monitoring
- Developing presentations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience working with a Customer Support/Service team
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar technical field
- Experience in a data analyst role
- In-depth experience with Zendesk
- Excellent Google Suite skills with the ability to learn other analytical tools
