Job Summary

A benefits administration and HR software company is filling a position for a Remote Data Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and building visualizations, dashboards, and reports within Zendesk and other tools
  • KPI reporting and monitoring
  • Developing presentations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience working with a Customer Support/Service team
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar technical field
  • Experience in a data analyst role
  • In-depth experience with Zendesk
  • Excellent Google Suite skills with the ability to learn other analytical tools
