Job Summary

A real estate investment company has a current position open for a Remote Data and Analytics Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building an enterprise data warehouse working closely with various company-wide stakeholders by identifying their requirements
  • Identifying an external vendor to partner and build the requirements, integrations, architecture, visualization tools, etc
  • Building a cross-functional team of data scientists, data developers, and financial analysts for supporting the data needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • MBA or Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or any analytical field
  • 7-9 years of experience in development of data warehouse, analytical tools, predictive models, etc
  • Deep familiarity with technologies like SQL Server, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc
