Job Summary

A global insurance company is seeking a Remote Data and Analytics Portfolio and Agile Engineering Delivery Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for all external labor delivery for DAE
  • Be the key liaison between Finance and Procurement for vendor management and budget
  • Remove impediments through provision of appropriate resources, guidance and escalation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience
  • 10+ years hands-on experience leading large strategic and complex management programs
  • 2+ years as Scrum Master or coach in Agile team settings
  • 2+ years people leadership experience
  • Process expertise in developing new processes, process modeling or mapping to optimize or establish new
  • Experience with Aptio or other enterprise budgeting, resourcing and project planning tools
