Job Summary

A computer hardware and services company is in need of a Remote Data Engineering Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Preparing flow charts, systems diagrams and design documentation
Designing, coding, testing and debugging software
Analyzing business needs and creating software and hardware solution blueprints

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Understanding of Big Data technologies
5- 8 years of relevant IT experience in Data-Warehousing Technologies
Very strong in SQL (DDL, DML, procedural)
Comfortable with ETL concepts
Experience working with Teradata/Oracle/SQL Server/Greenplum as data warehouse databases
