Job Summary
A recruiting technology company is seeking a Remote Data Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Build and review data models in dbt
- Partner with the Software Engineering team to get Machine Learning data into our products
- Implement and maintain proper coding practices (e.g. CI/CD, linting, code reviews, etc.)
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 team retreats per year (virtual and in-person options)
- Experience with AWS Data tools, and other Modern Data Stack tools (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
- 3+ years building efficient Analytics pipelines to make running complex queries quick and painless
- Experience managing and mentoring more junior teammates
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or an Engineering field and expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience working with Analytics professionals, and a passion for using data to improve companies
