Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company has a current position open for a Remote Data Entry Pharmacy Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Entering patient demographics for new patients
• Profiling new medication orders and updates to existing orders
• Updating patient profiles with appropriate medication authorizations and start and stop dates

Required Skills:

• At least 1 years of pharmacy experience
• Ability to become certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 10 months of hire
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills
• Have a positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills
