Job Summary
A business and productivity software development company is filling a position for a Remote Data Operations Analyst in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with data operations and other internal team members to ensure a delightful experience for our customers
- Identify KPIs, develop reports/dashboards, draw and deliver key metrics & insights
- Run opportunistic data experiments to find accretive outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Have a professional attitude and continual willingness to go the extra mile to delight the customer (internal or external)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish
