A collaborative data platform is seeking a Remote Data Platform Customer Success Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and escalate any concerns around product engagement
- Identify opportunities to scale resources and improve the end-to-end journey for the startup segment
- Own process improvement for the startup segment
