Job Summary

A collaborative data platform is seeking a Remote Data Platform Customer Success Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and escalate any concerns around product engagement
  • Identify opportunities to scale resources and improve the end-to-end journey for the startup segment
  • Own process improvement for the startup segment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong desire to learn and curiosity to understand how things work
