A digital trust and safety company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Platform Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building data warehousing and business intelligence systems
• Empowering engineers, data scientists, and analysts to extract insights from our data
• Designing and building Petabyte scale systems for high availability

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience with Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with distributed system development, distributed data storage, or data warehousing
• Experience with large scale data warehousing solutions, like BigTable, BigQuery, Redshift, etc
• Experience with a batch or streaming big data processing framework such as Spark
• Strong communication and collaboration skills particularly across teams or with functions like data scientists
