Job Summary

A customer service software platform provider has a current position open for a Remote Data Scientist II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Establishing and maintaining professional networks with subject matter experts
• Working as a direct contributor and technical advisor to define the roadmap of project

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience related to classifications, clustering, and Knowledge representation
• Experience working with a wide variety of statistical models
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Experience with at least one frameworks (Stanford NLP, Apache Open NLP, Mallet, etc)
• Deep knowledge and experience in Information Extraction
