Job Summary
An insurance products and service provider is filling a position for a Remote Data Scientist II in Columbus.
Must be able to:
- Create, document, test, deploy, audit, and manage statistical techniques and predictive models
- Translate corporate strategy into analytic projects that inform and drive business performance
- Analyze new data sources for availability and quality and integrates with internal sources to support research or analytics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with SAS, R, Python or a comparable data analysis tool required
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Must have an aptitude for critical thinking, problem resolution and strong communication skills
