Job Summary

A data software company is filling a position for a Remote Data Software Technical Support Representative in Fort Myers.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing level one troubleshooting and resolution to product database issues related to software
  • Providing level one technical support to both internal and external clients that use, train, or install products
  • Accurately assessing the customer's product issue

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must live within 40 miles from Fort Myers location
  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software
  • Networking experience required
