Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Remote Data Visualization and Reporting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop reporting and data modeling/visualizations
• Create and maintain reports refreshed daily to be used by operations teams
• Create real-time and ad hoc reports as needed

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of management experience, hands-on call center experience
• Microsoft Office (SQL server, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, TotalView and Calabrio
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• A strong, communicative online presence and facilitation experience is required
• Ability to clear required background check
