Job Summary

A consumer goods company has an open position for a Remote Database Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, installing, testing, securing, and maintaining databases and related applications
  • Patching and upgrading database management system software versions
  • Upgrading/downgrading software editions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and supporting SQL Server systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) project deployment and migration
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, server and database software
  • In-depth knowledge of backup/recovery and replication technologies/strategy
  • Experience (5+ years) with Enterprise Change Management and ITIL
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skillset
