Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote DataPower Senior Middleware Integration Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and supporting middleware solutions using IBM’s DataPower, MQ, IIB, and API Connectivity technologies
  • Creating unit test cases, test scripts, and test logs
  • Developing and maintaining processes and procedures supporting the EMI governance development lifecycle

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or its equivalent in terms of experience  
  • 7+ years of experience in building DataPower components for Web and RESTful Services or API services
  • 3+ years of experience in building access control solution using JWT, OAuth features in DataPower
  • Experience with IBM Middleware applications such as MQ, Integration Bus, and IBM API Connect
  • Good understanding of designing and supporting web service technologies
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
