Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote DE Fast Track Program Mortgage Underwriter in Pittsburgh.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Underwriting conventional loans to verify for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Developing and maintaining an up to date and sound knowledge of multiple loan product guidelines
- Reworking loans to new terms, identifies additional conditions as needed to insure a viable credit decision
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years front-end conventional underwriting experience
- Minimum of 3 years full-time experience reviewing credit applications and property appraisals
- Manual Underwriting Experience
- Appraisal review and tax return analysis skills required (front line)
- Experience reading and interpreting AUS (DU/LPA)
- Prior credit signing authority
