Job Summary

A defense and aerospace company is filling a position for a Remote Defense and Aerospace Corporate Card Program Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain IT tickets if there are any issues identified with the software system processes
• Create and run reports out of the SAP Concur software as requested
• Be responsible for oversight of the SAP Concur software system, and a full understanding of the system processes to make updates

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years prior experience in Travel Reimbursement or General Accounting
• Or 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree with 6 years prior experience
• Or Graduate Degree with 2 years prior experience
• Ability to maintain a close relationship with preferred travel company to be sure all configuration is up-to-date
• Ability to assist with any projects related to the SAP Concur software program
• Ability to assist with annual required documentation and internal audits
