Job Summary

A document management company has a current position open for a Telework Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions Client Service Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing, planning and implementing process improvement needs
  • Producing new process improvement techniques and services
  • Developing metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions
  • Training\Teaching background
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, intermediate level
  • High school diploma
