Job Summary

* Do you love designing curriculum for online courses? We're looking for a rock
star Director to lead our Product Delivery Department! The goal of this role is to
help ensure flawless design, delivery, and optimization of our paid content, so
our students get amazing results from our online learning programs.


Results (Expected Accomplishments)

* Design and optimize student curriculum

* Optimize student onboarding

* Increase course completion rates

* Decrease membership churn

* Increase coaching call attendance

* Ensure flawless execution of product deliverables

* Support students in our Facebook Groups

* Exceed student success KPI's


Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

* Analyze and optimize KPI data daily

* Develop future curriculum for webinars, online courses, and live events

* Manage and optimize two core online learning products: Community Influencer
Academy (a course) and Community Influencer Academy Plus (a membership)

* Increase completion rates for our course and reduce churn in our memberships

* Plan, execute, attend, and optimize our live events

* Oversee our Product Team

* Oversee Coaching Team

* Ensure that our coaches and students have a strong mindset so they can win in
our programs, their professional careers, and their personal lives

* Optimize the moderation of live coaching calls for our two core online learning
products to keep the calls on track, ensure company compliance, and maintain a
healthy mindset (for both students and coaches)

* Optimize courses in Kajabi

* Optimize emails in Active Campaign

* Collaborate closely with graphic designers and copywriters to optimize learning
portal

* Track, analyze, and optimize student onboarding experience

* Oversee all paid Facebook Groups

* Gain a strong understanding of what students need and why they get stuck

* Create content for live event materials, letters, booklets, videos, social media, etc.

* Create solutions and new ideas for issues and broken processes based on
customer feedback

* Help recruit and training new coaches

* Stay up-to-date on industry news that affects our training programs

* Oversee the gathering of testimonials and feedback submitted to the support
portal

* Develop and enforce guidelines and policies, both internally and externally

* Support coaches on live streams

* Identify and resolve any change in sentiment, content suggestions, or customer
feedback

* Oversee the communication with the Support Team when Members have
account issues or technical issues


Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

* You have experience managing a department

* You have experience designing online courses

* You're Extremely tech-savvy

* You have experience optimizing online courses, coaching programs, or products

* You're experienced in social media marketing and Facebook Group Management

* You have experience planning and leading community initiatives

* You have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product
throughout its lifecycle

* You have experience leading remote teams in a startup or tech environment

* You are familiar with Kajabi, Samcart, Active Campaign, Asana, Process St., and
all other tech tools

* You're creative, design-focused, and stay on-brand

* You love analyzing numbers

* You love people and truly care about their success

* You are extremely organized, delight in the details, and you don't let little things
slip through the cracks

* You make it your mission to find ways to make other people happy

* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment

* Your personal and professional relationships are incredibly important to you and

Compensation:
$83,200 - $93,600/year , based on experience
