Job Summary

A technology solutions firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive the agile process within a team
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Hands on experience with different Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban
  • 2 years' as a Scrum Master
  • Proficiency in agile work management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
  • Skilled at reporting on sprint status, burn down charts, summarizing results, and taking corrective action
