Must be able to:

• Forecast, plan, implement and review financial and people resources
• Manage a team of people, including their training, development, performance and career path
• Manage all financials and operational metrics for the service line in region

Qualifications Include:

• Active participation in professional associations, industry roundtables, etc.
• Progressive experience within a managed services business
• Average 10+ years of professional service experience managing a service line.
• University degree or equivalent education and experience.
